Shipping Policy (Chocolates)
All chocolates are made to order in small batches to insure the best quality. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be made and shipped. All chocolates are shipped only via overnight. We package them in insulated boxes and iced gel packs during most of the year to prevent them from melting. Please provide a United States street address as FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please include that on the order form. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong address or missing information. We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or it is shipped to a workplace or office. If you are shipping to a warm climate and the recipient is not home, the chocolates will not be able to last another day of being on the FedEx delivery vehicle. Please note that all pricing is subject to change, depending on time of year as well as weight and location. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, strike, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.
Return Policy (Chocolates)
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
All of our Skullheart and other chocolates are hand crafted in small batches by Jin Ju Chocolates and drop shipped from them directly to you.

All jewelry is made to order. This insures that each piece is crafted to our highest standards. Unless otherwise stated, please allow at least 2 weeks for your piece to be manufactured prior to shipping. Products that indicate they are 'in stock' is not a guarantee that it is in stock as stock numbers can change quickly due to sales. All jewelry is shipped one to two day and insured with signature required. You will be notified by e-mail with an exact delivery date as soon an your piece is ready to be shipped. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, strike, mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control. Any loss during transit must be reported to us within 24 hours so that we can begin any necessary inquiries and/or filings with Federal Express and our shipping insurance company.

All of our jewelry is hand made to order. All jewelry sales are FINAL. NO returns, credits or refunds. Please make your selections carefully.
